Product information:

Burrata is a fresh spun cheese with a smooth stringy consistency. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. When the burrata is sliced open, a spurt of thickened cream flows out. The rich and buttery flavor and the different textures of the inside and outside make it go well with salad, ham, crusty bread, fresh tomatoes with olive oil, cracked black pepper or pasta dishes. The product is suitable for both food service and retail channel.

La Sicilia Mozzarella factory is situated in the Italian province of Naples and it is specialized in the production of cheese since more than 200 years.
